At Meta360.agency, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital assets and services. Due to the nature of our offerings, which involve the delivery of verified and sensitive digital products, we have outlined the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds After Successful Delivery
All sales are final once the product or service has been successfully delivered. This includes verified Meta Business Managers, Facebook pages, WhatsApp APIs, and any other digital assets.

2. Replacement in Case of Non-Functionality
If a delivered product (e.g., business manager, page, or API) does not function as promised upon first login or use, we will verify the issue and provide a suitable replacement at no additional cost. This is subject to our internal validation process and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are considered only if:

• The product or service could not be delivered.

• Payment was made but no confirmation or delivery was received within the promised timeframe.

• A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.

In such cases, a request must be submitted to support@meta360.agency within 3 days of the transaction, along with payment proof and full details.

4. Refunds Not Provided For

• Change of mind after purchase

• Misuse or mishandling of delivered accounts

• Violations of Meta, WhatsApp, or any third-party policies after delivery

• Delays caused by client in providing necessary setup details

5. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any external dispute (such as chargebacks), we request that you contact our support team. Most issues can be resolved promptly and professionally.

6. Processing Time
Approved refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days. The method of refund will match the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

7. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
